Easy Return Policy (Effective 3/15/24)

This policy applies to purchases made on FRSafety.com

  • Non-defective items should be returned in new condition, with tags attached, and not worn or laundered 
  • Made-to-order items, or items with names embroidered are not returnable
  • Returns should be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date
  • Non-defective items should be returned in new condition, not worn or laundered and all tags still be attached
  • Once it reaches our warehouse in Medina, OH., your refund should be applied within 3-5 business days

Need to send something back?

  • All returns need to have a reson indicated on the card that came in your shipment
  • We've included a UPS return label in your purchase shipment. Please include the packing slip and post card that came with your purchase 
  • Take a photo of the label or write down the tracking number in case you need to track the package back to us
  • Use any UPS service to send your return
  • Once the return is received, we'll take it from there! We will process the return as quickly as we can and refund your original form of payment. Credits applied to credit cards should appear on your statement within 72 hours.
